How to Place Your Order
- Select Your Engine: Browse our available Mercury Outboard models, which range from 2.5 hp to 25 hp. Should you have any questions, our knowledgeable team is here to help you find the perfect match for your vessel and boating style.
- Add to Cart: Once you have made your selection, add the engine to your secure shopping cart.
- Checkout: Proceed to our secure checkout, where you will provide your shipping and payment information. We comply with all applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA in Canada, to protect your data.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation with your order details, including an order number for your reference.

Important Ordering Information
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). In the event of a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. All advertised pricing will include necessary disclaimers.
- Taxes and Fees: Applicable federal and provincial taxes will be calculated at checkout. The final price will clearly state what is included (e.g., "Engine only, plus installation and taxes").
- Order Cancellation: Once an order is submitted to our freight partner for dispatch, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. This step often occurs within hours of order placement. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you have a concern.
- Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability from the manufacturer, Mercury Marine. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you promptly with an estimated timeframe and provide you with the option to wait or cancel your order.
